I saw a news article where this driver of Smart car got into an accident and had a fatal death where other cars involved in that accident did not sustain serious damages or injuries. What are you peoples thoughts on Smart cars? Smart or stupid?

Smart cars are actually built with a roll cage. They are pretty strong and fairly safe in a car accident.

I don't know enough about Smart Cars to say whether or not they would be safe in a car accident. They are so tiny, that I would be afraid of anything much bigger than its size coming into contact with it. I can't imagine that they are safe cars and that people walk away from an accident in a Smart Car injury free.
